Return Policy

We understand that buying supplements online can sometimes feel uncertain, but we want to assure you that we are committed to delivering the highest quality products by having all of our products made in a GMP certified facility and third party tested to verify quality.

However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place for several important reasons. The primary ones being:

  1. Safety: Dietary supplements will not be restocked once they have left our control. We cannot ensure that returned supplements have not been tampered with or stored in improper conditions that may impact their quality, potency, or safety.

  2. Quality Assurance: To guarantee the integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns as we can't verify whether the product has been exposed to heat, cold, or other conditions that might affect its effectiveness. We take pride in providing our customers with the best product possible.

By making a purchase, you agree that all sales are final and not subject to a refund due to the points stated above.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to address the situation as quickly as possible.

Canceling a Subscription

We offer a subscription service that allows our recurring customers to streamline their purchases and receive a discount compared to one-time purchases. If you subscribe to our products, please note the following terms:

  1. Your subscription must be canceled at least one day prior to your scheduled subscription renewal date. This allows us to process your cancellation request and prevent the next shipment and billing cycle.

  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after your subscription renewal date.

  3. It is the customer's responsibility to remember the renewal dates. We are not liable for unwanted renewals if not informed one day prior to the renewal date.
